Our customer service telephone number 01242 251 925. The telephone number is operated from Mondays to Fridays from 9.00am to 5.00pm GMT. You may leave a message out of hours or if our operators are busy and we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.
Guarantee
If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Your gift is covered by our money-back guarantee of satisfaction. Please inform us of any problems within 2 working days of receipt of an order.
Either call us or e-mail us for an immediate resolution to your problem. If the order is cancelled we will issue a refund within 30 days of cancellation.
Where a gift is to be returned to us for a full refund, we do not accept liability for the return carriage costs incurred. If a return is arranged by us, a refund will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting goods.
Returns
Items damaged in transit
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us within 7 days of taking delivery
Defective Items
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time

Events beyond our reasonable control
Neither we, nor any courier or postal service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.
Substitutions
While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate, we reserve the right to substitute items of similar or greater value if those stated are unavailable for any reason.

We only sell items to adults (i.e. those aged 18 or over).

Jean Pierre Robert Champagne Brut Cuvee Harmonie Prestige
Located in the historical and very beautiful village of Les Riceys, Domaine Jean Pierre Robert is situated in the Cotes des Bars in the Champagne region of France, providing mostly Pinot Noir grapes, one of the three varieties allowed for the production of Champagne. The others being Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.
This Prestige Champagne is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay and gives this wine its distinctive quality and individual style. Well balanced, dry and fresh with nutty and biscuity aromas.
This Domaine also works closely with top Grande Marque Champagne Houses like Moet and was the only one selected for the high quality of its Pinot Noir grapes, to be included in Moet et Chandon Cuvee Dom Perignon Rose in 2005.
Other Grande Marque Houses Jean Pierre works with include Mumm Cordon Rouge and Piper Heidsick.
