Guarantee
If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Your gift is covered by our money-back guarantee of satisfaction. Please inform us of any problems within 2 working days of receipt of an order.
Either call us or e-mail us for an immediate resolution to your problem. If the order is cancelled we will issue a refund within 30 days of cancellation.
Where a gift is to be returned to us for a full refund, we do not accept liability for the return carriage costs incurred. If a return is arranged by us, a refund will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting goods.

While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate, we reserve the right to substitute items of similar or greater value if those stated are unavailable for any reason.
